Processing & Shipping
– Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
– Shipping restrictions apply in accordance with federal and state tobacco laws.
– We currently do not ship to states or regions where DTC (direct-to-consumer) tobacco sales are prohibited.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to federal regulations, we cannot accept returns of tobacco products. Exceptions apply only if:
– The product arrives damaged, or
– You received the wrong item.
In such cases, contact us at orders@sableluxurycigar.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
