1. Shipping Overview

Sable Cigars ships premium cigars and accessories within the United States only at this time. All shipments are processed and fulfilled from our Houston-based facility or directly from our trusted manufacturing partners. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

2. Processing Times

In-stock items: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

Pre-orders or limited releases: Please refer to product details for specific shipping timelines.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard and priority shipping through USPS.

Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)

Priority Shipping (2-4 business days)

Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or for qualifying orders.

 

4. Signature Requirement

Due to federal and state tobacco regulations, all cigar orders require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. ID may be requested by the carrier. No exceptions.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship cigars to the following locations due to local or state laws:

Utah

South Dakota

Hawaii

Maine

Vermont

Any U.S. territories or international addresses

It is your responsibility to know your state and local laws regarding tobacco product delivery. Orders placed for restricted areas will be canceled and refunded.

 

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the carrier’s control. However, we will do our best to assist with lost or damaged shipments. Please email us within 3 business days of confirmed delivery if an issue arises.

Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received are not the responsibility of Sable Cigars.

For damage claims, include photos of the package and product in your message.

 

7. Weather Advisory

We recommend avoiding shipping cigars during extreme heat or cold, as temperature fluctuations may affect product quality. Sable Cigars is not liable for damage caused by weather once a package has shipped.

 

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on cigars unless a product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If an issue arises, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
